Vessel & Reed is a UK reed diffuser subscription designed for business spaces. We supply commercial reed diffusers and manage fragrance replenishment, so fresh fragrance and replacement reeds arrive as part of the service.

It suits receptions, waiting rooms, treatment rooms, salons, spas, clinics, lounges and offices.

Your first delivery includes a 500ml Italian glass display vessel, a sealed 500ml bottle of your chosen scent Profile (Rivalta No. 01, Blevio No. 02 or Gordes No. 03), black synthetic fibre reeds, a clean-pour funnel and a setup guide. Replenishment brings fresh fragrance and replacement reeds; the vessel stays in place.

Vessel & Reed is a reed diffuser, so there is no machine, no plug, no engineer and no installation. You pour in the fragrance, insert the reeds and position the vessel where you want the scent.

Most reed diffusers are designed primarily for domestic spaces. Vessel & Reed is built around a different job: stronger fragrance concentration, higher-performance fibre reeds, a more substantial vessel and managed replenishment.

Vessel & Reed is designed to deliver a stronger scent presence across larger, busier spaces than a typical domestic reed diffuser.

Its higher fragrance concentration, high-performance fibre reeds and 500ml format are all designed around the demands of business environments — from reception areas and treatment rooms to salons, lounges and offices.

For very large or open-plan spaces, more than one diffuser may be the better solution. Businesses using several diffusers can access preferential multi-diffuser pricing.

Fragrance replenishment is scheduled every four months. This is the subscription cadence, not a guarantee that each fill lasts exactly four months: fragrance duration depends on airflow, temperature, reed setup and the environment.

Vessel & Reed uses synthetic fibre reeds designed for consistent fragrance diffusion and to reduce the regular reed-turning associated with traditional rattan reeds.

Setup guidance is included with every diffuser so you get the best performance from the start.

Yes. Different spaces can use different Profiles depending on the atmosphere you want to create.

Each diffuser can be managed independently, and businesses using several diffusers can access preferential multi-diffuser pricing.

Yes. You’re not locked into one fragrance Profile. If you want a change when your next refill is due, you can switch to another Profile.

No. Registration is free and does not activate a subscription. No deposit, payment details or obligation to subscribe is required.

The Founding discount is limited to the first 50 customers who commence a paid subscription.

Yes. After registering for the Founding Release, you can request samples of all three fragrances before deciding whether to subscribe.

Once you subscribe, it's only ever a 4 month rolling commitment. You are billed monthly, not four months upfront. The initial minimum commitment is four months, with subsequent four-month periods unless you arrange cancellation before the next period begins. Free registration has no paid commitment.

Your initial filled 500ml diffuser is followed by scheduled 500ml fragrance replenishments and fresh fibre reeds every four months. A typical twelve-month period includes three fragrance supplies: the initial fill and two replenishments, totalling 1,500ml.

Founding Customers pay £28 + VAT per month per diffuser for months 1–4, a 20% discount on the standard £35 price. If you continue, the monthly price automatically moves to £35 + VAT from month 5. The discount matches the initial four-month commitment and does not create a longer commitment.

Yes. Arrange cancellation with us before the next four-month subscription period begins to prevent renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period; monthly billing continues for that period. The service and cancellation arrangements will be confirmed in writing before any paid subscription starts.

We’re currently preparing for our first production run. Founding Release businesses will be kept updated on production and expected delivery timing.
